According to local news reports, a former rapist terrorist PDF member raped and murdered a 13-year-old girl in Saw Township on October 21.
The incident occurred on October 21 when Ma Aye Nyein Lin (13 years old), the daughter of U Win Khaing and Daw Htay Yi, a resident of Thiri (Yadana) Ward, Saw Township, was picked up by the suspect, Saw Township PDF Min Min Soe (21 years old), who was familiar with the family, and went with her from her home without contact until the morning of October 25, according to local news reports.
