Those who wish to participate in the (17th) Myanmar Traditional Htamane Competition of the Shwedagon Pagoda can donate from the Shwedagon Pagoda Treasurer’s Board.
The Myanmar Traditional Htamane Competition will be held on the evening of February (11) at the Htanpin Kone Ground, under the eastern part of the pagoda.
Those who wish to participate in the competition can also donate one hundred thousand kyats for each Htamane and can also participate in the rice offering ceremony.
The Myanmar Traditional Htamane Competition will feature 28 teams, including Shwedagon Pagoda Buddhist Associations, tax payers, partner teams, and the Shwedagon Pagoda Treasurer’s Board.
