Today the People Defense Force (PDF) of Salin Township announced that the administrator who was exhorting young people to enlist in the military in Salin Township was shot dead.
It happened on March 18, at about 10:30 p.m., when U Myint Htoo, the administrator of Pakhattine village, Salin Township, Minbu District, Magway Division was exhorting the villagers to join the army with a loudspeaker, was shot dead by the PDF of Salin.
The Salin PDF said that 1 hand-made pistol and 1 communication device were also confiscated from U Myint Htoo, who died after shooting Salin PDFs out of the dark.
