Acting President and Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, held a private meeting with H.E. Mr. Han Zheng, the Vice President of the People’s Republic of China, at the State Guest House in Beijing.
Senior General Min Aung Hlaing is on a state-level working visit to China and attended the SCO Summit 2025 Plus, which took place from August 31 to September 1. During this summit, he met privately with Chinese President Xi Jinping, as well as with other leaders attending the event.
Following the summit, he traveled from Tianjin to Beijing by high-speed train this morning to attend a military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
