From tomorrow (24) June to (26) June, some regions and states including Yangon Region may receive more rainfall, according to external meteorologist U Win Naing.
Kachin State, upper Sagaing Region, Chin State, Rakhine State, northern and eastern Shan State, Mon State, Kayin State, eastern Bago Region, Yangon Region (southern/eastern), northern Ayeyarwady Region and coastal areas may receive more rainfall, while the remaining states and regions may receive less rainfall.
Due to the southwesterly wind and monsoon rains currently entering Myanmar, it is expected that the rainfall in upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State will increase.
