138 heroin blocks worth nearly 2 billion Kyats were caught in Kyite Hto

According to the Myanmar Police, the 138 opium blocks worth 1.932 billion kyats, 48.3 kg weight was seized in Kyite Hto Township, Mon State.
According to the news, on March 30 at 3:00 p.m. in Mon State, Kyukda Township, the Hiace vehicle that Lin Lin Phyo was driving from Yayni to Mawlamying near Ma Yan Chaung Village was searched by a joint team consisting of the anti-narcotics police, and 138 blocks of opium (48.3 kg) worth 1.932 billion local currency were found on the vehicle.
According to the inspection and identification, the seized blocks of heroin were sent from Shan State (Southern) to Mon State. Upon learning that he was being transported to Mawlamyine, legal action has been taken against him and the perpetrators of the chain of crimes are being investigated and identified.
