On the morning of March 18, ITAR-TASS Media of the Russian Federation interviewed Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council, in the diplomatic hall of Zeyathiri Biekman, Yangon Region, and the interview file was released after a week.
