10,809 domestic tourists and 459 foreign tourists visited Ngwe Saung Beach in Ngwe Saung Township, Ayeyarwady Region, from November 1 to 4, during the Tansaungtai holiday.
Tourists visiting Ngwe Saung Beach during the Tansaungtai holiday enjoyed visiting islands such as Lover’s Island, Turtle Island, Bird Island, Snake Island, and Long Island, visiting Ngwe Saung Elephant Camps, Ngwe Saung Night Market, and speed boating, banana boating, and swimming.
The city administrator, Ngwe Saung Police Station, city-level departments, and beach security and discipline members have been working together to ensure that tourists visiting Ngwe Saung Beach can relax and enjoy themselves, maintain safety, avoid traffic congestion, and ensure that beach vendors sell in accordance with established rules and regulations, keeping the beach clean and beautiful.
