According to the Myanmar Motion Picture Organisation, the Myanmar film “If My Lover Were A Flower” was shown at the ASEAN Film Festival 2025.
The ASEAN Film Festival 2025 has been ongoing in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from 8 August to 31 August, organised by the Hong Kong – ASEAN Foundation.
The Festival will feature 24 films from all ten ASEAN countries as well as four Belt and Road countries, including Egypt, Hungary, Kazakhstan, and Turkiye, said the MMPO. Myanmar Consulate General in Hong Kong joined the festival, and the Myanmar movie “If My Lover Were A Flower” was shown on 17 August at 3:00 pm at Emperor Cinema, Entertainment Building, enjoyed by officials from the Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation, delegates from the ASEAN Consulate General in Hong Kong, Myanmar nationals and enthusiasts.
