The Palin Kanthaya elephant camp is expected to receive more guests during this Thingyan, according to a camp official.

The Palin Kanthaya elephant camp, a well-known destination, is located on the Ayeyawady river bank near the west Palin village beside the Myingyan-Pakokku Road in NyaungU Township, Mandalay Region.

While enjoying elephant rides along the riverbank, visitors can learn general information about elephants. An elephant museum will display elephant skeletons, ivory, and other items related to elephants, as well as a playground for children.

Admission to the Palin Kanthaya elephant camp is 1000 kyats per person for local visitors and 10,000 kyats for foreigners, and it is free for children under 10 years.
