A total of 128,801 students took the Myanmar language subject in the new matriculation examination system for 2024 yesterday morning across the nation, including foreign exam centers.
A total of 841 exam centers are open this year, including 11 overseas and 830 more centres at home. A total of 146,532 students enlisted to join the examination. There were 128,801 students who sat for the Myanmar language subject on the first day, with 17,722 absentees. According to the Ministry of Education, 87.90 percent of students sat for the examination.
