There are many people fleeing from the area due to the insurgents forcibly recruiting 10-year-old children around the Kutkai region, said the leader of the Information Team of the State Administration Council Major General Zaw Min Tun .

Around Kutkai, a 10-year-old boys, whom are persuading and organizing that they must get an education in the insurgent army.
There are forced recruitments. Therefore, we also see that there are many people who left their homes and fled in that area, said Major General Zaw Min Tun.

Major General Zaw Min Tun said “These are the things that terrorist insurgents are always doing in our country. We also see that these and the true events are being covered up by the unofficial and subversive media”.
