Yangon Command Commander Maj-Gen Zaw Hein and senior military officers of the Tatmadaw (Navy) went on study tour to destroyer Zi Bo and frigate Jing Zhou which are naval vessels of 44th PLA Navy Escort Task Group (ETG) of PLA Navy on a goodwill visit to Myanmar, this evening.
The senior military officers of the Tatmadaw (Navy) who went on a study tour to naval vessels were welcomed and conducted round by Senior Captain Sun Bo, head of naval vessels and in-charge troops on the vessel. Then, they posed for documentary group photos together.
The Yangon Command commander and officers from both countries attended an honourary dinner hosted at the destroyer Zi Bo.
Moreover, the officers and other ranks of the Tatmadaw (Navy) and the officers and other ranks of PLA (Navy) competed the goodwill basketball competition at the stadium of Thanlyin Station this morning. The officers and other ranks of PLA (Navy) visited the significant places in Yangon.
