Discussion to promote trade between Myanmar and China, to hold border trade fair held

A Myanmar delegation led by Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce held a discussion with a delegation led by Governor of People’s Government of Dehong Sub-provincial division of Yunnan Province, China Mr. Wei Gang in Nay Pyi Taw on 27 July.
During the meeting, both side cordially discussed promotion of trade between Myanmar and China, more cooperation to receive the permission of General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) in increasing the export of new goods, and bilateral cooperation for trans-border in trading.
Moreover, they discussed to hold the 16th Myanmar-China Joint Border Trade Cooperating and Coordinating Committee (JBTCCC) meeting and 20th China-Myanmar Trade Fair.
At the meeting, officials from the Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization were attended.
