The Union Election Commission (UEC) has urged the public to visit each household to view the first set of voter lists, which will be announced today, September 30, and will be available until October 13.
These voter lists, related to the general election scheduled for December 28, 2025, will be posted for the first time at the relevant ward and village tract commission offices, as well as in villages within the village tract. This posting will last for 14 days, from September 30, 2025, to October 13, 2025.
If it is not possible to post the voter lists in the wards and village tracts for various reasons, they will also be accessible for viewing at the relevant township commission offices. Voters can only access accurate and complete voter lists once they are posted.
Voters are encouraged to check the voter list and take necessary actions to ensure their inclusion. If a voter’s name is missing from the list, they should use Form 3 to request its addition. If there are individuals listed who should not be included, voters can submit an objection using Form 4. If any information on the voter list is incorrect, they should submit an amendment using Form 4-C. All necessary forms can be obtained at no cost from the Ward/Village Tract Commission Sub-Offices.
After finalizing the voter list for the general election, it will be posted for the last time in November 2025. Voters will still have the opportunity to make additional requests, amendments, and objections as needed during this time.
Therefore, the Union Election Commission kindly requests that at least one person from each household visit the voter list to help ensure it is complete and accurate.
