A delegation led by Air Chief Marshal Punpakdee Pattanakul of the Royal Thai Air Force, who is in Myanmar to conduct Bilateral Engagement Activities to further enhance the friendship between the two air forces of Myanmar and Thailand, paid homage to Botahtaung Pagoda in Yangon on the evening of September 17.
The Royal Thai Air Force Chief of Staff paid homage to the Botahtaung Pagoda, the Botahtaung Gallery, and the Nan U Pagoda, and presented flowers, water, and oil lamps, and donated gold robes. The Treasurer’s Committee presented a certificate of appreciation and a photo of the Botahtaung Pagoda.
The Royal Thai Air Force Chief of Staff and his team also paid homage to the pagodas at Botahtaung Boe Boe Gyi and Tan Saung.
