Currently, the Ayeyarwady Bridge (Yadanabon) on the Mandalay side is undergoing renovations to repair the lateral bracing and piers that were damaged by the earthquake. In addition, the piers and piers in the water will be repaired and strengthened using Pier Jacketing.
During the renovation, renovations will also be carried out to ensure uninterrupted traffic.
Currently, daily inspections are being carried out to ensure the safety of people crossing the bridge.
