Yangon Region Government Organizes Ships to Deliver Rice and Basic Food Supplies to Rakhine State

Rice and basic food supplies are being transported to Rakhine State by ships under the guidance of the National Disaster Management Committee, under the coordination of the Rakhine State Government and the Yangon Region Government.

At the Sittwe Multi-Purpose Port, Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, members of the state government, and departmental officials inspected the arrival of rice, basic food supplies, and consumer goods from Yangon by MV Ye Htun Aung (1) ship, MV Aung Yadana Thiri (1) ship, MV Aung Yadana Htay ship, and MV Min Khant Phyo ship this morning.
