Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, the Chairman of the State Administrative Council (SAC), visited Moscow to participate in the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). On the evening of May 8, local time, he attended a dinner hosted by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, at the Kremlin Palace, joined by other heads of state.
President Putin welcomed the SAC Chairman and the other attendees of the military parade commemorating this significant anniversary at the Kremlin. Following the welcome, the SAC Chairman and the other leaders watched a gala concert dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, held in the Andereevsky Hall. After the concert, they enjoyed dinner together in the Alexandrovsky Hall.
At the conclusion of the dinner, President Putin warmly greeted the SAC Chairman and the other heads of state present.
