The Department of Meteorology and Hydrology has issued a notice that there may be untimely rainfalls throughout the country from March 20th to March 24th.
Clouds moving from Kapali Bay and the Bay of Bengal, along with the speed of the wind waves moving from the east, have warned of thunderstorms in Kachin State and Shan State.
