Arrest warrants issued for Ming Xuechang, Ming Guoping (a) Ming Xiaoping, Ming Julan and Ming Zhenzhen to take legal action

Kokang self-administered zone court issued arrest warrant for four suspects to take legal action on 15 November, 2023, according to relevant source.

Warrants have been issued for Ming Xuechang, Ming Guoping (a) Ming Xiaoping, Ming Julan and Ming Zhenzhen who committed online scams, temptation, kidnapping, solicitations, as well as attempted and assisted crimes in Kokang self-administered zone of Shan State.
