Ye Balu group committed murdering Police sub-inspector Myint Lwin at downtown Ye on 18 September, and attacked Myawady Bank on 26 September, in which one security staff was killed and one civilian injured.
Moreover, while U Soe Aung together with two companions, who lived in Seingyi Village, Thingangyun village-tract, Ye Township, were coming back to his village from Kyaungywa Village at about 12 pm on 30 September by light truck, five Ye Balu PDF members shot at them saying that they are second in commander’s team from No.591 infantry battalion near Kyaukmichaung Village. At the incident, U Soe Aung was killed.
Similarly, a PDF member shot U Aye Lwin (55 years), an administrator of Aungmyitta Ward, with gun in front of Khaing Khant furniture shop along Ye-Ahsin expressway in Ye Township, Mon State at 10 am on 10 October, and fled away. During the shooting, U Aye Lwin died during receiving medical treatment.
According to records, Ye Balu PDF group killed over 15 security troops, administrators and people who are related to security troops in Ye Township this Year.
