In his address, the Prime Minister emphasized that Myanmar is working to export new and value-added products to both domestic and international markets. He invited China to provide technology and investment to support these efforts.
The Prime Minister announced that there are numerous opportunities for business investments in the eight priority areas outlined in China’s Global Development Initiative, all of which are pertinent to our country.
Our government is committed to creating a favorable business environment that instills confidence in investors. The Prime Minister encouraged those who have invested or are conducting business in Myanmar to report any challenges they face in trade cooperation. He assured them that he would coordinate with relevant ministries to provide assistance.

The businessmen who attended the meeting asked questions about the businesses they are interested in investing in within Myanmar. They raised concerns regarding issues related to increasing exports and imports in accordance with government policies, as well as their interest in participating in Myanmar’s development activities. Union Ministers and officials provided answers to the questions based on their respective sectors, and the Prime Minister also contributed to the discussion.
Earlier today, the Prime Minister and his delegation visited the Global R&D Center of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. in Liuzhou City. Company representatives showcased the large-scale machinery produced with advanced technologies, including electric vehicles (EVs) and machine parts. They demonstrated remote operation capabilities in hazardous work environments using the EV Loader manufactured at the facility and highlighted how their large-scale machinery is utilized in major global projects. The Prime Minister engaged with the representatives, asking questions to gain further understanding.
