Security forces of State Administration Council and NUG-proxy PDF terrorists intensely skirmished in nine townships but PDF has only 19 dominant townships among 330 townships, SAC-M (Special Advisory Council-Myanmar) issued a survey.

The MT news agency would like to present about releasing the prisoners, statement of Prak Sokhonn on welcoming the adoption of ASEAN five-point consensus, 2023 PR election through electronic voting system with members of former NLD party who received honorary titles conferred by SAC as political analysis this week.

Moreover, Prak Sokhonn stated that the ASEAN common agreements lead to progressive works such as trust building, ending terrorism and giving humanitarian aids; and he would visit Myanmar as third time in the coming weeks to push to walk on democracy path and to be stability of Myanmar.
The ASEAN five-point consensus means to hold the election again and to hand over the State’s power peacefully. In addition, regarding to the analysis of 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits expressed the armed groups in Myanmar have evenly committed terrorisms and claimed to denounce them and take fair responsibility. There is any word that it doesn’t accept 2023 election as NLD and NUG said.
Former NLD government’s members receive honorary titles conferred by SAC While some top leaders of NLD including Daw Aung Sann Suu Kyi, U Win Myint have been sentenced in prison due to guilty of electoral fraud and corruption, former NLD government’s members such as former Minister for Information Dr Pe Myint, Dr Aung Thu and U Thant Sin Maung received Thri Pya Chi titles presented by SC.
In addition, it can be seen that SAC continued to recognize them and conferred honorary titles to them with their positions rather than who they are. Thri Pyan Chi titles included 12 people who performed in NLD government with Union level positions and Wana Kyaw Htin titles 12 people.
“It is not important who they were, in which government they performed. We only view the qualification how much they can perform for the State,” said spokesperson of SAC Maj-Gen Zaw Min Tun. So we can be said that those who received honorary titles are honest rather than former government members who have been sentenced in prison with guilty of corruption and electoral fraud.
Potential PR election with electronic voting system.
The 2023 PR election will be the closed list PR election. In this case, there is a question why it becomes closed list PR and why it isn’t be other PR. When asking the parties to keep on how PR for 2023 election, NUG and PDF have already killed the members of USDP and PPP parties and released statements on these killings. So, closed list PR has been chosen in the 2023 election.
Priority was given to closed list PR rather than open list PR which can choose person not party. The close list PR aims to avoid representatives from killing by terrorists. And, casting advance votes for people who are over 60 and electronic votiong will be answer for the question that is there plan to protect voters from killing by terrorists.
Electronic voting will protect voters from harmful attack by terrorists in some extent. So, we would like to urge all to make efforts to implement the electronic voting if they want to achieve success for the PR election.
NLD party will be able to compete in 2023 PR election as long as NLD party existed officially by re-registering in new election law or continuing to exist without disbanding.
NLD party will be disbanded in accord with the law if they do not compete without caring the law and boycott the election. The existence of NLD party does not depend on SAC and pro-term president U Myint Swe but the choice of NLD. If they think that there will be voting fraud in the election, they can show firm documents and evidences.
It is easy to say without any fact in society. Our institution, our organization can prove fraud cases smartly. So, we would like to urge all to find evidences of possible voting fraud rather than accusing.
