Myanmar’s domestic fuel prices increase again

According to the fuel prices sold in the domestic market on 21 January, the price is upward trend and is gradually high in three weeks compared to the first week of January.
According to the reference price of Supervisory Committee on Import, Storage and Distribution of Fuel Oil on 21 January, the fuel price is increased by Ks-500 to Ks-2,305 per litre.
The selling price of fuel oil in today market was Ks-2,305 per litre for 92, Ks-2,385 per litre for 95. Yesterday prices of fuel oil was Ks-2,200 per litre for 92 and Ks-2,275 per litre for 95. An increase price was around Ks-100 in one day.
The reference wholesale fuel prices by the committee on 21 January were Ks-2,190 per litre for 92 in Yangon and Ks-2,268 per litre for 92 in Mandalay. Similarly, the fuel price for 95 was Ks-2,262 per litre in Yangon and Ks-2,346 per litre in Mandalay.
On 21 January, the retail prices in Mandalay was Ks-2,355 per litre for 92 and Ks-2,435 per litre for 95.
