Yangon Region, Sanchaung Township, No. (35), HomLan Station Ward: It was reported that the administrator, U San Ngay, was shot with a gun inside the administration office of Homs Road Station Ward on Pan Hlaing Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At approximately 10:20 a.m. today, December 24th, a terrorist opened fire on Ward Administrator U San Ngay while he was working in his office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“When he was alone in the office, he was attacked. The family quickly sent him to the hospital. They received a shell. That’s all we know so far,” an administrative official told MT News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a result of the incident, Ward Administrator U San Ngay sustained a bullet wound to his left abdomen. He is currently receiving treatment in the emergency department of Yangon Hospital, and his injuries are not life-threatening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The security team in charge of the incident actively works to identify and apprehend the perpetrator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
