On December 13, the individuals responsible for the kidnapping of the owner of a currency exchange shop near the district police office in Tachilek Township were apprehended today, December 18. According to a source close to the Tachilek City Police, they successfully rescued the kidnapped man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Tachileik Township District Police, along with a joint team, arrested six accused individuals in a house located in Pasade Ward, seizing two guns in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The owner of the OK currency exchange shop was outside the shop in the early morning of December 13 when three individuals forced him into a car and drove away. According to a source close to the police, there were some interactions between the suspects and law enforcement. Currently, it is reported that the arrested suspects are under investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the morning of November 13, four men shot and robbed an employee at a phone shop in Tachilek City, resulting in the employee’s death. The following day, November 14, a team led by the district police chief shot dead and arrested the four perpetrators. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
