{"id":819,"date":"2022-11-15T04:19:35","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T04:19:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mtnewstoday.com\/en\/?p=819"},"modified":"2022-11-15T04:19:38","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T04:19:38","slug":"myanmar-logs-over-us-210-millions-of-fdi-in-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mtnewstoday.com\/en\/?p=819","title":{"rendered":"Myanmar logs over US$-210 millions of FDI in October"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>14 November 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Myanmar attracted over US$-210 millions of foreign direct investment (FDI) in October, and it is the second largest investment this financial year, according to the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As <a><\/a>the country received only US$-20.635 million in August and September, the inflow of FDI increased ten-fold in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Myanmar attracted US$-5.995 millions of FDI in the end of April; US$-15.332 million in the end of May; US$-21.991 million in the end of June; US$-1,220.525 million in the end of July. The energy received US$-702.403 million and service sector US$-376.068 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, the inflow of FDI dropped to US$-10.343 million in August, receiving US$-1,230.868 million. The total inflow of FDI was US$-1,241.160 million within six months.
