It was attended by the chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee, members of the Yangon Region government, Chief Minister U Soe Thein, and special invitees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the meeting&#8217;s decision, the Yangon Region Investment Committee approved one fully Myanmar-owned investment in the hospitality and tourism sector and one joint foreign investment in the industrial sector. The approved projects include a hotel services business and a garment manufacturing operation using the CMP (Cut, Make, and Pack) system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total investment amount for these projects is 860 million kyats and $1.103 million, which is expected to create 622 job opportunities within the country.
