Senior officers and sailors from the Tatmadaw (Navy), along with Russian military attach\u00e9s and officials, welcomed the Russian naval vessels. Captain 1st Rank Aleksei Anciferov of the Russian Pacific Fleet leads the warships, which carry a total of 800 officers and personnel.
