He passed away while the injured man was being transferred from Meiktila Hospital to Mandalay Hospital,&#8221; said a local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U Aung Thein, 75 years old, is a motorcycle driver from Meiktila City and a resident of the Kyitawkone Ward Area (4).
