Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accepted the Credentials of Ambassador-designate Mr Mutaz Abdullah Abdulijaleel Mohamed Al Faheem of the United Arab Emirates to Myanmar at the Credentials Hall of the Office of the State Administration Council in Nay Pyi Taw at 10 am yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the meeting, both sides discussed diplomatic relations between the two countries, the extension of direct flights, tourism cooperation, promotion of cooperation in tourism, trade and other fields, SAC\u2019s endeavours to steer the country firmly on the path to multi-party democracy, aspired by the people, political changes and developments in Myanmar, preparation to hold a free and fair multi-party democracy general election, scrutiny measures and other arrangements taken under bilateral agreement between Myanmar and Bangladesh for the displaced persons in northern Rakhine State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also present on occasion were Council Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister U Than Swe ,and Director-General of the Protocol Department under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs U Wunna Han.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
