At 9:30 A.M., Kyaikto Township, U San Lwin, the new administrator of Taung Klay Village, was killed on the way from his home to the village administrator&#8217;s office in the middle of the road near the No (2) Infantry Battalion. The joint operation between the Kyaikto Revolutionary Force (KRF) and the Kyaikto PKKF was identified as a military target and killed, and the unarmed administrator U San Lwin was killed on the spot by a joint PDF ambush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As administrator U San Lwin collected young people to register for military service from Inwa Village, Kwin Kalay Village, Taung Kalay Village, Taung Kalay
