The Ministry of Information\u2019s Printing and Publishing Department and the Indian government signed an agreement yesterday at Lotte Hotel Yangon for the construction of Sarsobeikman, a literary center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, India\u2019s Ambassador to Myanmar Mr Vinay Kumar, and relevant officials attended the event. During his speech, the Union minister highlighted the significance of the day as a symbol of the enduring friendship between the two countries, which dates back to 4 January 1948.
