More than kyats 13,070 lakhs were collected from local and foreign tourists who visited these museums, and among those who came to study, students, children under 12 years old, monks and nuns were allowed to enter and study for free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are 32 museums under the Department of Archeology and National Museums. From early April 2023 to early February 2024, more than 206,000 domestic tourists and 4,349 foreign tourists entered museums nationwide,&#8221; said Dr. Aye Aye Thin, Director of Nay Pyi Taw Archeology and National Museum Department.
