Maravijara Buddha Image in Nay Pyi Taw will attract local and foreign pilgrims to visit to the city, said Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism Dr. Htay Aung.
Dr Htay Aung said: \u201cAs the Maravijara Buddha Image will become world\u2019s tallest Buddha stone statue, the local and foreign pilgrims will come and stay in Nay Pyi Taw. So, hotels will prepare for readiness to provide good services.\u201d
The Union Minister said: \u201cThere are opportunities to increase the number of foreign travellers because of international standard Nay Pyi Taw International Airport.
