A total of 103 members from the AA, DPLA, TNLA, and PDF groups, who support the state’s peace process and the military, returned to the legal framework yesterday, bringing their weapons and ammunition to two military headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The government has been encouraging individuals from various organizations, including the PDF, to rejoin the legal framework and is providing necessary assistance to those who comply. Since the invitation was issued, nearly 4,000 individuals have reintegrated into the legal framework. On this occasion, 16 men and 40 women from the DPLA, 3 men from the TNLA, and 11 men and 2 women from the PDF\u2014a total of 72 people\u2014returned to the legal framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among those who returned, 17 men and 37 women came from Naung Cho, Shan State (North), 6 men and 2 women from Kyaukme, and 7 men from Thibaw. Three of the women were welcomed by officials and were handed over to their parents yesterday morning at the town hall in Kyaukme town, northern Shan State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, 31 men from the AA and PDF groups, who also support the peace process and the Tatmadaw, entered the law enforcement area yesterday, bringing their weapons and ammunition with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Individuals who have rejoined the legal framework are being welcomed back, provided with essential support, and systematically reunited with their parents. It is acknowledged that there are still those who wish to return to this legal framework. If individuals interested in returning reach out to nearby military bases or police stations promptly, they will also receive a warm welcome and necessary assistance. Additionally, rewards will be offered for turning in weapons and ammunition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
