{"id":1103,"date":"2022-12-19T05:47:20","date_gmt":"2022-12-19T05:47:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mtnewstoday.com\/en\/?p=1103"},"modified":"2022-12-19T05:47:22","modified_gmt":"2022-12-19T05:47:22","slug":"17-people-injured-in-passenger-ferry-blast-in-yangon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mtnewstoday.com\/en\/?p=1103","title":{"rendered":"17 people injured in passenger ferry blast in Yangon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>17 December 2022<br>17 people were injured in a blast on a Cherry ferry running Yangon\u2019s Pansodan to Dala on 18 December, according to charity organizations.<br>The blast hit a passenger ferry docked at the Pansodan port around 6.30 on 18 December.<br>An official from a charity organization said: \u201cThe blast occurred at the side of Pansodan and on Cherry ferry crossing the Yangon river to Dala. A total of 17 people were injured.\u201d<br>Among the casualties, five are in a critical condition and the charity groups transported all injured people to Yangon People\u2019s
