{"id":10576,"date":"2025-05-28T02:27:06","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T02:27:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mtnewstoday.com\/en\/?p=10576"},"modified":"2025-05-28T02:27:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T02:27:08","slug":"10576","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mtnewstoday.com\/en\/?p=10576","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Republic of the Union of Myanmar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>State Administration Council<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Third Amendment to Civil Service Personnel Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(State Administration Council Law 39\/2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1<sup>st&nbsp;<\/sup>Waxing of Nayon 1387 ME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(27 May 2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The State Administration Council as enacted this law under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0 1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This law shall be called the Third Amendment to the Civil Service Personnel Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0 2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sub-section (h) of Section 10 of the Civil Service Personnel Law shall be substituted as follows: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201c(h) attending advanced courses for the purpose of the position of Head of Service Organization conducted by ministries and organizations in addition&nbsp;to the courses set for relevant ranks by the Union Civil Service Board\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Explanation: The advanced course for the purpose of the position of Head of Service Organization means the courses recognized by the UCSB for&nbsp;these ranks and duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0 3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Section 29 of the Civil Service Personnel Law shall be substituted as follows: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cSection 29: Except for special issues, in promoting ranks of the service personnel \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(a) They must have attended the courses set for relevant ranks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(b) They must have attended the advanced course conducted by ministries and organizations for the positions and duties of Head of Service\u00a0Organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Explanation: The special issues mean reviews and decisions to promote rank of the service personnel by ministries and organizations depending on work performance and efficiency of those service personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4.
