The cargo was transported by the Myanmar Navy&#8217;s UMS Myik Kyi Nar ship and arrived at Thilawa Port at 10 am on May 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cement was handed over to Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein and officials by H.E.
